The Melting Pot of Dos Gringos ~
Q and A - with - Dos Gringos
Q: Is this a new bouquet called The Melting Pot?
A: No, but that’s a great idea! For this issue of the dirt we thought we’d take a minute to talk about our team dynamics and Easter and Passover.
Q: I like it. Tell us more. A: We are truly a melting pot at Dos Gringos, hailing from many continents around the world. This year Easter and Passover stalk each other. They arrive together, just like our multi-colored Campanula and our beautiful spring Ranunculus (shameless plug, I know.) This year Passover begins today, April 19th which is also Good Friday (as I’m sure you all know.)
Q: So tell us about the Team Melting Pot.
A: Well, around the company kitchen table it’s not unusual to find Malou’s (in our accounting department) pancit, Delia’s (our Team Mom) husband’s ceviche, or Rich’s (in our Sales Department) wife’s jalapeno bread (and she’s Japanese) to share. Now add in the usual Gringo goodies like chocolate covered Easter Eggs, Peeps, jelly beans, kugel (we’ll pass on the gefilte fish,) and other traditional foods and there’s our Melting Pot!
Happy Passover and Happy Easter to you and your family from all of us as Dos Gringos.
