What are you taking about now?
 

A: One of our 5 Core Values is Constant Improvement. We try to get just a “Little” better each day and, if we do that, eventually those “Little” improvements add up to be meaningful.  

Q:
 That sounds like a good way to operate. How have these “Little” improvements added up so far in 2017?
 
 

A:

Here are a few highlights from the team…..

• We have created 71 new jobs so far this year.

• We have doubled our production at our Gringo South facility vs last year.

• We upgraded our cybersecurity with software and procedures to ensure operational uptime in the event we are attacked.

• We programed software reports to aid in forecasting analysis and foster communications internally and with our customers.  

• We touched up our facility aesthetics with fresh coats of paint where we needed it.

• We added four new spin bikes and new audio and visual system for our gym.

• We added two new, faster / go-higher forklifts.

• We added a secure dedicated seed room were we store and distribute our sunflower seeds

 Q: That’s pretty good.  Anything else?

A: 

Well, that’s part one.  We’ve done a few more good things, but we’ll save those for next week.  Here are some pictures of the improvements.
